Bearing rolling sound: Use a sound detector to check the size and sound quality of the rolling sound of the running bearing. Even if the bearing is slightly scratched, it will emit abnormal and irregular sounds, and the sound detector can be very good. to solve this problem. If the lubrication and mounting parts are suitable, the bearing temperature will rise sharply and the temperature will rise abnormally.

At this time, the operation must be stopped and necessary preventive measures must be taken. Based on a large amount of test data, Table 4-1 lists the average outer ring temperature of bearings in various machines when they are working for reference. Since the temperature is affected by lubrication, rotation speed, load and environment, the values in the table only represent the approximate temperature range.
Bearing vibration: Bearing vibration has a relatively obvious response to bearing damage. For example, these common problems such as indentation, rust, cracks, peeling, wear, etc. can be clearly felt during testing. Therefore, by using special bearing vibration A measuring instrument (frequency analyzer, etc.) can measure the size of the vibration, and the specific abnormality can be inferred from the frequency analysis. The measured values vary depending on the usage conditions of the bearings or the installation position of the sensor. Therefore, certain operations need to be performed on the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the final data.
Bearing temperature: The temperature of the bearing. Some bearing temperatures can be measured. It would be more appropriate if the oil hole can be used to directly measure the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing. Usually, the temperature of the bearing begins to rise slowly with operation, and reaches a relatively stable level after a few hours. The normal temperature of the bearing will vary depending on the machine's heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and rotation method. Thermal sensors can be used to monitor the operating temperature of bearings at any time, so that preparations and reminders can be made before an accident occurs.
