Deep groove ball bearings are the most common type of rolling bearings.

It consists of an outer ring, an inner ring, a set of steel balls and a set of cages.

There are two types of deep groove ball bearings: single row and double row. The single row deep groove ball bearing type is 6, and the double row deep groove ball bearing type is 4. Its structure is simple, easy to use, is the most common production, the most widely used class of bearings.

Working Principle：
Deep groove ball bearings mainly bear radial load, but also can bear radial load and axial load. When it only bears radial load, the contact Angle is zero. When the deep groove ball bearing has a large radial clearance, it has the performance of angular contact bearing and can withstand large axial load. The friction coefficient of the deep groove ball bearing is very small and the limit speed is very high.

Material: Bearing steel （GCr15）
Seal Type:
ZZ type ---- Bearing is sealed by steel on both sides.
2RS type ---- Bearing is sealed by black, blue or other colful rubber on both sides.
Open type ---- Bearing comes without seal on any side.

According to the size of deep groove ball bearings can be divided into:

(1) miniature bearing ---- Bearing with nominal outer diameter size range below 26mm;

(2) Small bearing ---- nominal outer diameter size range of 28-55mm bearing;

(3) Small and medium bearing ---- nominal outer diameter size range of 60-115mm bearing;

(4) Medium and large bearing ---- Bearing with nominal outer diameter size range of 120-190mm

(5) Large bearing ---- nominal outer diameter size range of 200-430mm bearing;

(6) extra-large bearing ---- Bearings with nominal outer diameter size range of 440mm or more.
