Maintenance mode of rod end joint bearing:

1、Regular maintenance; In order to ensure the normal operation of the main engine, according to the request of the main engine and the design theory and application experience of the bearing, a maintenance cycle is set for regular maintenance.

2、Fault maintenance: when the bearing is faulty, stop the machine for inspection and maintenance.

3、 Early warning maintenance: the application of advanced bearing fault diagnosis technology, stop real-time monitoring of the service state of bearings, put forward a warning before the occurrence of bearing problems, stop maintenance.

In the running process of bearings, there must be sound, temperature and vibration phenomena. Therefore, as for the maintenance and maintenance of bearings in operation, abnormal changes of bearings can be found by listening, touching, observing and using bearing fault diagnosis instruments, and whether rod end joint bearings can be in normal working state can be judged according to the changing state.

(1) GE... E type single seam outer ring, no lubrication groove. It can bear radial load and small axial load in any direction.

(2) GE... ES type single seam outer ring with lubricating oil groove. Variable speed bearings can bear radial loads and small axial loads in any direction.

(3) GE... ES-2RS single seam outer ring, lubricated oil groove, sealing ring on both sides. It can bear radial load and small axial load in any direction.

(4) GEEW... ES-2RS single seam outer ring, lubricated oil groove, sealing ring on both sides. It can bear radial load and small axial load in any direction.

(5) GE... ESN type single seam outer ring, lubricating oil groove, outer ring with a stop groove. Error 5 on quality judgment of TIMKEN bearing can withstand radial load and small axial load in any direction. However, when axial load is borne by the stop ring, its ability to bear axial load decreases.

(6) GE... XSN type double seam outer ring (split outer ring), with lubricating oil groove, the outer ring has a stop groove. It can bear radial load and small axial load in any direction. However, when axial load is borne by the stop ring, its ability to bear axial load decreases.

(7) GE... HS inner ring has lubricating oil groove, double and half outer ring, the clearance can be adjusted after wear. It can bear radial load and small axial load in any direction.

(8) GE... The inner ring of DE1 is hardened bearing steel and the outer ring is bearing steel. The inner ring assembly extrusion molding, lubricating oil groove and oil hole. Bearing with inner diameter less than 15mm, without lubricating oil groove and oil hole. It can bear radial load and small axial load in any direction.

(9) GE... The inner ring of DEM1 is hardened bearing steel and the outer ring is bearing steel. When the inner ring is assembled, it is extruded and formed. After the bearing is loaded into the bearing seat, the TIMKEN bearing ring is superfine lapped to press out the end groove on the outer ring to make the bearing axially fixed. It can bear radial load and small axial load in any direction.

(10) GE... DS type outer ring has assembly groove and lubrication groove. Only for large size bearings. It can bear radial load and small axial load in any direction (one side of the assembly groove cannot bear axial load).
